Why We Made This Change
Over the past several months, we explored the possibility of expanding our products through Amazon marketplaces around the world. Through surveys and market research, we confirmed strong interest in BuiltAstro products from customers in many different countries.
As we reviewed the requirements for selling through Amazon in different countries—including local regulations, marketplace policies, logistics costs, and country-specific tax registrations—we found that these additional costs would significantly increase the final retail price of our products.
Rather than passing those costs on to our customers through higher product prices, we decided to invest directly in a better customer experience by offering free worldwide shipping through our own online store.
